熔融法合成2-芳氧甲基苯并咪唑化合物

Melting Synthesis of 2-Aryloxymethylbenzimidazoles

以邻苯二胺和芳氧基乙酸为原料, 采用熔融法合成出了10种2-芳氧甲基苯并咪唑化合物, 并利用IR和1H NMR对其结构进行了表征. 在熔融法的合成中, 两种原料物质的量之比为n(邻苯二胺)∶n (芳氧乙酸)=1∶1.1, 反应温度为(180±5) ℃. 该合成方法具有操作简便、反应时间短、后处理容易、副产物少、产率较高、绿色环保等优点.

Ten compounds of 2-aryloxymethylbenzimidazole were synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with aryloxyacetic acids using a melting method, and structurally characterized by IR and 1H NMR techniques. In this method, the molar ratio of raw materials is n(o-phenylendiamine)∶n(aryloxyacetic acid)=1∶1.1, and the temperature of the reaction is (180±5) ℃. This method has the advantages of simple operation, short reaction time, easy purification, less by-products, moderate to high yields and green synthe-sis.
