2,4-双[3-芳基-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑-6-基]吡啶类衍生物的微波合成与结构表征

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of 2,4-Bis[(3-aryl)-1,2,4- triazolo[3,4-b]-[1,3,4]thiadiazole-6-yl] Derivatives of Pyridine under Microwave Irradiation

在微波辐射下, 经三氯氧磷催化作用, 1,2,4-三唑与2,4-吡啶二甲酸反应, 高产率合成了10个未见文献报道的含双枝三唑并噻二唑稠环的吡啶类衍生物, 以期为新药筛选提供先导化合物. 所有化合物的结构均经1H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析进行了表征.

Ten novel 2,4-bis[(3-aryl)-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-[1,3,4]thiadiazole-6-yl] derivatives of pyridine have been synthesized via reaction of 1,2,4-triazole with 2,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid catalyzed by POCl3 under microwave irradiation, with the view of providing lead compounds for the screening of new dugs. The structures of all new compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, MS techniques and elemental analysis.
