A Novel, Green and Mild Access to Azole Heteroarenes: Synthesis of Pyrazoles in Brønsted Acidic Ionic Liquid at Room Tem-perature

利用质子酸性离子液体BMImHSO4可以有效地合成吡唑类化合物. 在1,3-二羰基化合物与肼之间发生的缩合反应过程中, 这种离子液体即作为溶剂又起着催化剂的作用, 并且可以回收再利用. 这为合成这一类杂环化合物提供了一种新型、绿色、温和的合成方法.

A novel pyrazole synthesis approach has been developed by using Brønsted acidic ionic liquid BMImHSO4, which acts as dual solvent-catalyst in promoting the condensation of hydrazines with various 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds at room temperature. In the reaction process, no catalysts or other organic solvents are used, and BMImHSO4 can be readily reused without efficiency loss after simple treatment. This provides a green and mild synthetic method for the preparation of this class of heterocyclic compounds.
