Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Novel Schiff Base Macrocyclic Compounds Cotaining Triazole

5-取代-4-氨基-3-巯基-1,2,4-均三唑1a1d与1,3-二氯-2-丙醇在超声辐射条件下缩合得S,S-取代双(氨基均三唑)2a2d, 其与2,4-二羟基-5-乙酰苯乙酮在聚乙二醇-600催化下缩环合简便制得新型含均三唑席夫碱型大环化合物3a3d, 其结构经元素分析, 1H NMR, IR和MS等进行确证, 并测试了目标化合物的体外抗菌活性.

Condensation of 5-substituted-4-amino-3-mereapto-1,2,4-s-triazol 1a1d with 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol gave the S,S-disubstitutedbis(amino-s-triazole) 2a2d. The titled macrocycles 3a3d were expediently prepared by condensation of 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone with the appropriate 2 in the presence of polyethylene glycol 600. The structures of novel macrocyclic compounds 3 were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, IR and MS techniques and the in vitro antimicrobial activities were also tested.
