含吡唑环的1,3,4-噁二唑类衍生物的合成及杀菌活性研究

Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of 1,3,4-Oxadiazole Derivatives Containing Pyrazole Moiety

以乙酰丙酮、水合肼等为原料, 通过多步反应制备了一系列新型含吡唑环的1,3,4-噁二唑类衍生物, 并考察了微波辐射对反应的影响. 产物结构均经过1H NMR, MS和元素分析确证; 对所有化合物进行了活体杀菌活性测试, 结果表明大部分化合物对黄瓜褐斑病、黄瓜核菌病、黄瓜霜霉病、黄瓜细菌性角斑病均具有较好的防效.

A series of novel 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized from acetylacetone, hydrazine hydrate by multi-step reactions. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. The target compounds were evaluated for their fungicidal activities against Corynespora cassiicola, Pseudomonas syringae pv. Lachrymans, Pseudoperonospora cubensis and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in vivo, and the results indicated that some of the title compounds displayed excellent fungicidal activities.
