综述了近二十年来关于sp2杂化碳, 主要是乙烯基碳上发生的亲核取代反应的研究进展. 讨论了乙烯基碳上的亲核取代反应的理论支持, 阐明了其在有机合成中, 特别是在杂环化合物的合成中的重要应用. 同时还总结了其他不饱和原子如sp2杂化氮的亲核取代反应的研究以及应用.

The recently research progress in the nucleophilic substitution reactions at the sp2-carbons, mainly at the vinylic carbons is reviewed. The theoretical studies on the nucleophilic substitution reactions at the vinylic carbons, and their applications in organic synthesis, especially in the synthesis of heterocycle compounds, are illustrated. And, researches and applications of the nucleophilic substitution reactions at other unsaturated atoms like sp2 nitrogens are also discussed.
