L-酪氨酸修饰的石墨烯铜催化含氮杂环化合物的N-芳基化反应

研究了多相催化剂L-酪氨酸石墨烯铜(Tyr-G-Cu)对N-芳基化反应的催化性能. 考察的不同反应底物都给出了较高的收率, 并且催化剂循环利用5次没有明显的活性下降. 最后, 热滤实验揭示了可能的多相催化循环过程.

The catalytic performance of L-tyrosine-grafted graphene copper (Tyr-G-Cu) was investigated in the N-arylation of nitrogen heterocycles. In the presence of this catalyst, the N-arylation proceeded smoothly and afforded the desired coupling products with good yields, respectively. Meanwhile, the catalyst was reused five times without remarkable loss of activity. Finally, the plausible heterogeneous recycle process of catalyst was identified by typical hot filtration test.
