Synthesis and Bioactivities of Novel Pyrazole Oximes Containing Substituted Thiadiazole Moiety

为了从吡唑肟类化合物中寻找新的活性化合物, 通过活性亚结构拼接方法, 将取代噻二唑骨架引入到吡唑肟分子中, 制备了一系列未见文献报道的新型含取代噻二唑环结构的吡唑肟类化合物. 采用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和元素分析确认了目标化合物的结构. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 在试验浓度下部分化合物对蚜虫、褐飞虱表现出较好的防治效果, 部分化合物对粘虫显示出一定的杀虫活性.

In order to find novel potent pesticide from pyrazole oxime derivatives, a series of new pyrazole oximes carrying substituted thiadiazole moiety were prepared by the introduction of the key thiadiazole backbone into the molecules of pyrazole oximes. The structures of the title compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassay data displayed that some of the title compounds showed good insecticidal activities against Aphis craccivora and Nilaparvata lugens. In addition, some target compounds also exhibited certain larvicidal activity against Oriental armyworm.
