梯形结构有机锡化合物二{氧合-二[2-吡啶甲酸二丁基锡(IV)]}的合成、性质和晶体结构

用二丁基氧化锡与2-吡啶甲酸反应,合成了二{氧合-二[2-吡啶甲酸二丁基锡(IV)]},并进行了元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振锡谱表征.X射线单晶衍射分析表明,化合物是以Sn2O2四面体为中心的,中心对称的二聚体结构,内环锡为五配位的畸变三角双锥构型,外环锡为六配位的畸变八面体结构.生物活性测试结果表明,该配合物具有较强的体外抗癌活性.

Bis{oxo-bis[(2-pyridinecarboxylato)dibutyltin(IV)]} was synthesized by the reaction of 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid with dibutyltin(IV) oxide. The compound was tested against two human tumour cell lines: MCF-7 and WiDr. The results showed that this compound had higher activities in vitro. The compound has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 119Sn NMR and determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The compound isin centrosymmetric dimer structure mode with a four-member central endo-cyclic Sn2O2 unit in which the bridging oxygen atoms are tri-coordinated. Each bridging oxygen atom also connects with an exo-cyclic tin atom. The endo-cyclic tin atoms are five-coordinated with geometry of distorted trigonalbipyramid, while the exo-cyclic tin atoms are six-coordinated with geometry of distorted octahedron.
