室温离子液体作为微波吸收剂用于促进Knoevenagel反应

采用催化量的室温离子液体正丁基硝酸吡啶铵盐(BPyNO3), 1-正丁基-3-甲基四氟硼酸鎓盐([bmim]BF4)和1-正丁基-3-甲基六氟磷酸鎓盐([bmim]PF6)作微波吸收剂(敏化剂),在微波辐射下能顺利地促使一系列芳醛与活泼亚甲基化合物进行Knoevenagel缩合反应,以中等到良好产率生成相应E-式烯烃.

The room temperature ionic liquidsn-butyl pyridinium nitrate ([BPy]NO3), 1-n-butyl me~thy~lim~mi~da~zo~lium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim]BF4) and 1-n-butyl-3-methylimmidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([bmim]PF6) were used as microwave absorbent (sensitizer) for the Knoevenagel condensation under microwave irradiation. The condensation proceeded smoothly in the presence of catalytic amount of ionic liquid toafford the desired E-isomers of the corresponding alkenes in high purity with moderate to excellent yields.
