卤代芳烃的氰化反应在液晶单体合成中广泛应用,但传统的加热方法反应时间长、温度高.成功地将常压微波有机合成技术应用到氰化反应,使反应时间大大缩短、得率提高.通过微波反应合成了一系列常用的含氰类液晶单体和中间体.

Cyanation of aryl halides is widely used in the synthesis of liquid crystals, but its traditional heating reactions require long time and high temperature. Here we introduced microwave into the reactions and improved the reaction rates and yields greatly. Several liquid crystals and intermediates were synthesized with this new technique.
