Synthesis of N-(Pyrrole-2-carbonyl)-amino Acid Methyl Esters

在室温条件下,氨基酸甲酯和2-三氯乙酰基吡咯经酰基化反应,以80.3%~95.6%的产率合成了系列N-(2-吡咯甲酰基)氨基酸甲酯,通过1H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征.

A series of N-(pyrrole-2-carbonyl)-amino acid methylesters were synthesized by acylation of amino acid methyl esters with 2-(trichloroacetyl)pyrroles, without using pyrrole-2-carbonyl chloride as an acylatingagent, at room temperature in 80.3%~95.6% yields. And the structures of products were determined on the basis of 1H NMR, IR, MS and elementalanalyses.
