新多取代吡啶类化合物的合成及生物活性

Synthesis and Biological Activity of Polysubstituted Pyridines

为寻找具有农用生物活性的新颖化合物,以2-氰基硫代乙酰胺为起始原料经由三步反应,设计并合成出了一系列新颖的多取代吡啶衍生物2-甲基-5-氰基-6-炔丙硫基-4-(2-呋喃基或噻吩基)吡啶-3-甲酸甲酯或乙酯和6-甲基-5-乙酰基-2-炔丙硫基-4-(2-呋喃或噻吩基)吡啶-3-乙腈.所有新化合物均经过1H NMR和元素分析确证.初步生物活性测定表明:化合物7有一定的除草和杀菌活性.

In an attempt to search for new compounds with agricultural bioactivity, a series of new polysubstituted pyridine derivatives, ethyl or methyl 5-cyano-4-(furan or thiophen-2-yl)-2-methyl-6-(prop-2-ynylthio)pyridine-3-car~boxylate and 5-acetyl-4-(furan or thiophen-2-yl)-6-methyl-2-(prop-2-ynylthio)pyridine-3-carbonitrile have been designed and synthesized by a three-step synthetic route. The structures of all the compounds prepared were confirmed by elemental analyses and 1H NMRspectra. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that compounds 7 possess certain herbicidal and fungicidal activities.
