本文报道了一类新型的3-芳基取代茚基膦配体L1-L4,该类配体可促进钯催化的Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应,提高关键农药中间体1和2的合成效率。值得注意的是,Pd(OAc)2的催化剂用量可低至0.02 mol%。

This study describes a new class of 3-substituted indenyl phosphine ligands L1-L4, which can improve the efficiency of the synthesis of the key pesticide intermediates 1 and 2 by Palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions. It is noted that the catalyst loading of Pd(OAc)2 down to 0.02 mol% can be achieved.
