Abstract

A plenty of rocaglamide analogues have been isolated and identified in the past two decades. Most of them exhibited considerable insecticidal activities and several compounds were proved to be excellent tumour growing inhibitors. The advancement in studies on rocaglamide analogues was reviewed.
