为了寻找生物活性良好的查尔酮类化合物,利用2-(2-氰基亚胺基-1,3-噻唑烷-3-基)-1-苯基乙酮或3-((2-氰基亚胺基-1,3-噻唑烷-3-基)-1-苯基-1-丙酮与取代苯甲醛发生缩合,合成了14个新型含2-取代-1,3-噻唑烷的查尔酮类化合物.其结构均经1H NMR和元素分析表征.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,在试验浓度下,部分目标化合物表现出一定的杀菌活性.

In order to find new chalcone derivatives with good biological activity, fourteen novel chalcone compounds containing 2-substituted-1,3-thiazolidine ring were synthesized by the reaction of 2-(2-cyanoimino-1,3-thiazolidine-3-yl)-1-phenylethanone or 3-(2-cyanoimino-1,3-thiazolidine-3-yl)-1-phenylprop-1-one with different substituted benzaldehydes. All the title compounds have been confirmed by 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay showed that some target compounds displayed fungicidal activities to a certain extent.
