Synthesis and Biology Activity of 2-(1-Phenyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl) thio-N-acetamides

采用微波法通过2-氯乙酰芳胺与1-苯基-1H-四唑-5-硫醇反应合成了一系列2-(1-苯基-1H-四唑-5-硫基)-N-芳基乙酰胺. 其结构经 IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR 和元素分析表征. 生物活性实验结果表明, 该类化合物在较低浓度下对油菜籽和小麦的生长表现出良好的促进作用.

A series of 2-(1-phenyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)thio-N-acetamide derivatives were synthesized from 2-chloracetanilide and 1-phenyl-1H-tetrazol-5-thiol under the microwave irradiation and characterized by IR, 1H NMR ,13C NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The plant growth regulating activity tests showed that all compounds had good activity at low concentrations as plant growth regulator.
