无溶剂合成1,3,5-三芳基-2-芳酰基环己醇衍生物和晶体结构

Synthesis of 1,3,5-Triaryl-2-aroylcyclohexanol Derivatives and Crys-tal Structure under Solvent-Free Conditions

在NaOH存在下室温研磨查尔酮与丙二腈, 可以有效地得到1,3,5-三芳基-2-芳酰基环己醇衍生物, 本合成方法反应时间短、操作简单、产率高, 符合绿色化学特点. 产物结构经过红外、核磁、元素分析和高分辨质谱确证, 并对3b做了单晶衍射测定.

An efficient synthesis of 1,3,5-triaryl-2-aroylcyclohexanol derivatives from chalcone and malononitrile was reported in the presence of sodium hydroxide under solvent-free conditions at room temperature. The advantages of this procedure were simple protocol, high yields and environment friendliness. Their structures were determined by IR, 1H NMR spectra, elemental analysis and HRMS spectra, and 3b was additionally confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.
