An Efficient One-Pot Synthesis of 9-Aryl-1,8-dioxo-9-H-dibenzo[c,h]-2,7,10-trioxanthene under Microwave Irradiation

以芳醛、4-羟基香豆素为原料, 乙醇为能量转移剂, 在微波辐射下一步合成了一系列9-芳基-1,8-二氧代-9H-二苯并[c,h]-2,7,10-三氧杂蒽, 反应在4~8 min内完成, 产率57%~97%.

A series of 9-aryl-1,8-dioxo-9H-dibenzo[c,h]-2,7,10-trioxanthenes were synthesized by the reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin with aromatic aldehyde, ethanol as energy transfer agent under microwave irradiation. This reaction was completed in 4~8 min with 57%~97% yields.
