Synthesis and Properties of Novel Coumarin-Based Fluorescent Probes for Identifying Melamine

合成了一系列基于香豆素的新荧光探针化合物, 荧光性质测定表明1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷的香豆素荧光探针对三聚氰胺具有识别作用, 检测限为5.0×10-11 mol/L.

A series of novel coumarin-based fluorescent probes were synthesized and their fluorescence properties had been studied. The results showed that the fluorescent probe 4 can identify melamine, and the detection limit is 5.0×10-11 mol/L.
