氨基噻唑化合物是重要的N-杂环化合物, 近年来被广泛应用于工业生产、药物研发等多个领域, 因此氨基噻唑类化合物的合成受到了越来越多的关注. 对氨基噻唑类化合物的新型催化体系及新型方法进行了综述.

Aminothiazoles, as important N-heterocyclic compounds, have been used in wide areas such as industrial applications and drug discovery. The synthesis of aminothiazoles has attracted more and more attention. This review is focused on the progress in different methods of synthesis of aminothiazoles in recent years.
