NH4Cl催化一步合成2-萘酚类缩胺基硫脲类化合物

NH4Cl-Catalyzed One-Pot Synthesis of 4-Thiosemicarbazonoalkyl-2-naphthols

报道了在室温, 以CHCl3为溶剂, NH4Cl为催化剂, 醛、2-萘酚及氨基硫脲(物质的量比为2∶1∶1)通过一步多组份偶合反应有效地合成了一系列的2-萘酚类缩胺基硫脲化合物, 均得到了较好的收率. 所有目标化合物均通过熔点测定, 并用质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、元素分析对其结构进行确证.

One-pot multicomponent coupling reaction of aldehydes with 2-naphthols and thiosemicarbazide (molar ratio: 2∶1∶1) is reported for the synthesis of 4-thiosemicarbazono-alkyl-2-naphthols using NH4Cl as an efficient catalyst in CHCl3 at room temperature. A series of thiosemicarbazonoalkyl naphthols have been synthesised in moderate to good yields. Their structures have been determined by 1H NMR, IR, MS techniques and elemental analysis.
