烷基芳基醚结构广泛存在于天然和人工药物中, Pd催化的脂肪醇的芳基化反应是合成这类化合物的重要方法之一. 重点综述了成功运用于脂肪醇的C—O偶联反应的四大类配体, 对C—O偶联反应的应用进行了概述, 对该类反应研究前景也进行了展望.

Aromatic ethers of aliphatic alcohols represent an important structural motif in many naturally occurring and medicinally relevant compounds. Palladium-catalyzed aliphatic alcohol arylation is a kind of important methods to access them. This review focuses on four types of phosphorus ligands successfully employed in C—O cross coupling reactions of aliphatic alcohols. The applications of C—O cross coupling reactions are summarized and the reaction potential research areas are also discussed.
