Protein-protein interactions play a very important role in many biological processes and are closely related with human diseases. Over the last decade, small molecular inhibitors targeting the protein-protein interaction have been a hotspot in drug discovery. This review presents the recent progress in the study on the design, structure, and biological activity of the synthesized small molecular inhibitors for protein-protein interactions.
