CoO-NiO/SBA-15的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterisation of CoO-NiO/SBA-15 Bimetallic Oxide Catalysts

用组装的方法得到了高负载量、均匀分布的CoO-NiO负载型SBA-15介孔材料,并采用XRD,BET,HRTEM等测试手段对样品进行了分析.结果表明,CoO,MO双组分氧化物已成功地组装进入了SBA-15的有序孔道,在CoO,MO组装过程中,CoO,NiO含量(w)分别为0.0691和0.0837时,介孔材料的有序结构没有遭到破坏.

SBA-15 material assembled with bimetallic cobalt and nickel oxides was synthesized under acidic condition. The samples were characterized by XRD, HRTEM and BET techniques. Results show that CoO and NiO bimetallic oxides can be homogeneously confined into the ordered pore channels of SBA-15. The loaded contents of CoO and NiO can be up to w=0.0691 and w=0.0837, respectively, while the ordered structure can still be well maintained. It is expected that highly dispersed CoO and NiO in the pore channels of well-ordered SBA-15 structure are very potential for advanced catalytic application.
