接骨木属植物具有很好的药用价值, 其根皮和果实多可入药. 对近20年从该属植物中分离得到的黄酮、三萜、环烯醚萜苷、酚及酚苷、木脂素、氰苷等成分进行综述, 并简要介绍接骨木属植物抑制HIV逆转录、抗病毒、消炎、镇痛等活性, 并对接骨木属植物的药用前景进行展望.

The plants of Sambucus L. have good medical values, most of the roots and fruits can be used as medicine. In this review, the constituents including flavones, triterpenes, iridoid glycosides, phenols and phenolic glycosides, lignans, cyanophoric glycosides being covered during the recent twenty years are summarized. The inhibitory action of HIV-RT, antivirus, antiphlogosis, and labor pain activities are introduced in brief. On this basis, the medicine prospections of Sambucus L. are also prospected.
