通过超分子识别设计了八元瓜环与派洛宁Y超分子荧光探针2PyY@Q[8],研究了该探针对抗癌药物拉帕替尼的识别性质.研究结果表明,该探针在水溶液中对拉帕替尼具有良好的识别能力及选择性,在一定浓度范围内其线性关系良好,其检出限为1.44×10-8 mol/L.细胞成像结果显示该探针在前列腺癌细胞中对拉帕替尼具有很好的响应,可用于生物细胞内拉帕替尼的识别检测.
