对北部湾涠洲岛来源的海洋真菌Cladosporium sp. MDCW-211产生的次级代谢产物及其生物活性进行研究. 利用制备型高效液相色谱(HPLC)等技术进行化合物的分离纯化, 运用高分辨率电喷雾质谱(HR-ESI-MS)、核磁共振波谱法(NMR)和X射线(X-ray)等方法对化合物1的结构进行鉴定, 采用斑马鱼模型评估化合物的促血管生成活性. 分离鉴定了1个新的二氢异香豆素类化合物1 (4'S-hydroxyasperentin)以及3个已知二氢异香豆素类化合物2~4, 其中化合物1为新的4'位为α-OH的二氢异香豆素类化合物. 活性结果表明, 化合物3在浓度为20和40 μmol/L时具有促血管生成活性, 同时报道了化合物3的促血管生成活性.

A study was conducted on the biologically active secondary metabolites produced by the marine fungus Cladosporium sp. MDCW-211. Preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and other techniques were used to isolate and purify the compounds, the structures of the compounds 1 were determined by high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, X-ray and other methods, and the pro-angiogenic activity of the compounds was evaluated by zebrafish model. One new dihydroisocoumarin 1 (4'S-hydroxya- sperentin) and three known dihydroisocoumarins 2~4 were obtained and identified. Bioactivity assays revealed that compound 3 exhibited pro-angiogenic activity at concentrations of 20 and 40 μmol/L, which is reported here for the first time.
