本文采用^1H-^1H COSY-NOESY, ^1^3C-^1H COSY和远程^1^3C-^1H COSY等二维核磁共振新技术对双氢埃托啡─合成的高效镇痛药作了研究。

The 1H and 13C NMR signals of the analgesic dihydroetorphine were assigned by 1H-1H COSY-NOESY, 13C-1H COSY and long-range 13C-1H COSY techniques. According to the 2-D NOE experiment, the C-7 and C-19 configurations of the compound were elucidated as I. The result was confirmed by x-ray diffraction anal.
