酯交换反应合成酯基三氯化锡及其配合物

本文首次利用β-甲氧羰(或β-丁氧羰)乙基三氯化锡和醇的酯交换反应合成了一系列相应的β-烷基羰乙基三氯化锡, 并以此合成了它们与2, 2'-联吡啶、1, 10-菲罗啉、4, 7-二苯基-1, 10-菲罗啉的配合物。通过元素分析、摩尔电导、IR、UV、^1H NMR等对上述化合物进行了表征, 提出了β-烷氧羰乙基三氯化锡分子内Lewis酸催化的酯交换反应机理。

β-Alkoxycarbonylethyltin trichlorides were synthesized by using transesterifi-cation reaction of β-methoxycarbonylethyltin of β- butoxycarbonylethyltin trichloride with alcohols for the first time. Complexes of β-alkoxycarbonylethyltin trichlorides with neutral ligands such as 2, 2'-bipyrdey, 1, 10-phenanthroline, 4, 7-diphenyl- 1, 10-phenanthro-line wee prepared. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, milar conduct-ance, IR, UV, and ^1H NMR spectra. The intramolecular Lewis acid catalytic transesterification mechanisms of β-alkoxycarbonylethyltin trichiorides were suggested.
