酶促法还原β-酮砜合成粉蠹虫性信息素

用面包酵母还原1-(4-甲基)苯磺酰基-2-丙酮(2),制得光学纯度很高的手性中间体1-(4-甲基)苯磺酰基-2-丙醇(3),然后在正丁基锂的作用下进行烷基化反应,经Raney-Ni还原脱硫得目标物粉蠹虫性信息素(1),其光学纯度可达92%e.e.。

1-(4-Methyl)phenysulfonyl-2-propanone was reduced with baker's yeast to a chiral alcohol 1-(4-methyl) phenylsulfonyl-2-propanol of very high optical purity. This alcohol was alkylated and desulfurated with Raney-Ni to the target compound (S)-(+)-6-methyl-5-heptene-2-ol. The enantiometric excess is 92%.
