综述了近十年来2-取代苯并噻唑合成方法的研究成果. 近年来, 无溶剂合成、固相合成、微波促进合成、离子液体为介质的合成以及Pd, Cu, Mn, Sc等新试剂的催化合成都已成为合成此类化合物的有效新方法. 特别是这些新方法的联合使用引起了人们的广泛关注.

The recent advances in the synthetic methods of 2-substituent-benzothiazoles are reviewed. Many novel and efficient methods have been used to synthesize the aimed-products, such as solvent-free, solid phase, ionic liquid and microwave assisted, and the catalytic synthesis with the novel reagents of Pd, Cu, Mn, Sc etc. And the combination of these methods has drawn much attention of the investigator especially.
