碱性氧化铝固载氟化钾催化查尔酮的环氧化反应

Epoxidation of Chalcones Catalyzed by KF Supported on Basic Alumina

在 KF/碱性Al2O3 的催化下, 利用30%的过氧化氢水溶液作为氧化剂, 对查尔酮进行环氧化反应, 合成了系列2,3-环氧-1,3-二芳基丙酮, 收率79%~99%. 该方法反应条件温和、无副反应、收率高、对环境友好.

2,3-Epoxy-1-phenyl-3-[(un)substituted phenyl]-1-propanones were synthesized in 79%~99% yields via the epoxidation of chalcones with aqueous hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by KF adsorbed on basic alumina. In comparison with typical methods, this environmentally friendly procedure has several important features including mild conditions, no side reactions and high yields.
