Progress in Preparation of Chiral NHC-Metal Complexes and Their Use as Catalysts in Asymmetric Reactions

手性氮杂卡宾金属络合物在多种催化反应中得到了广泛的应用, 并取得了很好的研究成果. 综述了手性氮杂卡宾金属络合物的合成以及它们在催化不对称反应中的应用研究进展, 如催化α,β-不饱和酮的1,4-加成反应、酮的氢硅烷化反应、烯烃的氢化反应和烯烃的复分解反应等.

Organometallic complexes with chiral nitrogen-heterocyclic-carbenes (NHC) have been extensively used in catalytic reactions with excellent catalytic activity. This review summarizes the progress in the preparation of the chiral NHC-metal complexes and their use as catalysts in asymmetric reactions such as asymmetric 1,4-addition of α,β-unsaturated ketones, hydrosilylation of ketones, hydrogenation of olefins and olefin metathesis reaction, etc.
