双有机碘化锌试剂与苯甲酰氯反应制备二酮类化合物的反应

Preparation of Diketones via the Reaction of Bisorganozinc Iodides and Benzoyl Chlorides

在氰化亚铜与氯化锂存在下, 以四氢呋喃为溶剂, 在-25 ℃下双有机碘化锌试剂与苯甲酰氯发生偶联反应, 一步合成了一系列对称双芳基二酮化合物, 产物的结构通过IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS和元素分析表征. 该方法反应步骤短, 操作简单, 收率好, 是一种快速制备长链二酮类化合物的新方法.

A series of symmetrical aromatic diketones were synthesized by the coupling reaction of bisorganozinc iodides and acyl chlorides in the presence of cuprous cyanide and lithium chloride in tetrahydrofuran at -25 ℃. The structures of the products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS techniques and elemental analysis. This method has the advantages of shorter reaction steps, good yields and simple work-up procedures, which is a new and efficient method for synthesis of long chain diketones.
