微波辐射下吲哚连噁二唑啉衍生物的合成和抗菌活性测定

Microwave-Assisted Synthesis of Oxadiazoline Derivatives Contain-ing Indole Structure and Their Antibacterial Activities

把噁二唑结构引入吲哚环中, 合成一类结构新颖的吲哚衍生物, 以期为新药筛选提供先导化合物. 在微波辐射条件下, 以较高的产率得到9个未见文献报道的新化合物, 其结构均经1H NMR, IR, MS及元素分析所证实, 并测试了化合物的抑菌活性.

A novel type of 6-substituted indole compounds has been designed and synthesized by connecting the structure of oxdiazoline to indole ring, with a view of providing lead compounds for the screening of new drugs. Under the condition of microwave irradiation, nine new compounds have been obtained with high yields, and the structures of all new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS techniques and elemental analysis. The antibacterial activities of compounds have been tested against two kinds of bacteria. The preliminary results showed that the compounds possess different inhibitive effects.
