二羟基蒽醌磷酰化衍生物的合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Phosphoryl Derivatives of Dihy-droxy Anthraquinones

分别以4种不同位取代的二羟基蒽醌和亚磷酸二乙酯或亚磷酸二丙酯为原料, 通过简化的Atheron-Todd合成法合成了一系列二羟基蒽醌的磷酰化衍生物, 并通过量化计算对蒽醌上不同羟基电荷分布进行了研究, 发现β-羟基氧上的电荷密度大于α-羟基氧上的电荷密度. 所合成化合物的结构均经IR, MS, 1H NMR, 31P NMR和元素分析确证, 并通过荧光猝灭法初步探讨了部分新化合物的生物活性.

A series of new dihydroxy-anthraquinones phosphate derivatives were successfully synthesized with diethylphosphite and diisopropylphophite as phosphorylate by modified Atherton-Todd reaction. The selective phosphorylation of α- and β-dihydroxy multi-anthraquinones was investigated and it is found that the reaction activities of β-hydroxyl multi-anthraquinones are much higher than those of α-hydroxyl, which were further confirmed by charge distributing analysis. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, MS, 1H NMR, 31P NMR techniques and elemental analyses. Biological activities of parts of them were preliminarily researched by fluorescence.
