芳氨基螺芴类蓝色发光材料合成及荧光性能的研究

Synthesis and Optoelectronic Properties of an Arylamine-Endcapped Spirofluorene for Blue Light Emission

设计合成了一种新型二苯胺螺芴化合物2,7-双二苯胺-螺环[芴-7,9-苯并芴](DDSF), 通过了1HNMR, MS, IR图谱测试和元素分析, 每步反应产率均在70%以上|利用紫外可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱研究了其发光性能. 结果表明, 在固体状态下, 其荧光发射峰红移40 nm左右. 然而溶液荧光强度及荧光量子产率都随着溶剂极性的变化有着明显差异|通过循环伏安法测得其氧化峰电位为0.77 V, 计算出DDSF的HOMO能级为-5.10 eV, LUMO能级为-2.95 eV.

2,7-Bis(diphenylamine)-spiro[fiuorene-7,9-benzofluorene] (DDSF) was successfully designed and synthesized. Its structure was determined by 1H NMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis. The yield of each step was over 70%. Optoelectronic properties were investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra. The results suggest that the maximum peak was red-shifted about 40 nm in solid state. However, the fluorescence emission spectra in solution and photoluminescence quantum yield were performed obviously difference along with the polarity of solvent. By cyclic voltammeter measurement and the gap calculated, the HOMO and LUMO energies of DDSF are -5.10 and -2.95 eV, respec-tively.
