设计和合成了新型手性配体SpirOP和DPAMPP,它们与铑配位形成阳离子型手性催化剂,在催化脱氢氨基酸的不对称氢化反应中,显示出高催化活性和对映选择性,其ee值高达99%。

Novel chiral ligands, SpirOP and DPAMPP have been synthesized and applied in Rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of dehydroamino acid derivatives with high catalytic activities and excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee).
