具有C_(3~-)和C_(4~-)单元并含有其它官能团的化合物,是合成多种有用化合 物很好的原材料。尤其是光学活性C_(3~-)和C_(4~-)有机合成单元对制备药物和精 细化学产品是非常重要的中间体。应用具有立体专一性酶的微生物转化过程,可不 对称合成光学活性物质。本文阐述了用微生物酶合成手性C_(3~-)和C_(4~-)单元的 最新进展。

The compounds of possessing C_3- and G_4-units with additional functional groups are promising materials for the synthesis of various useful compounds. In particular, optically active C_3- and G_4- synthetic units are quite important intermediates for the preparation of pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals. Microbial transformation showing the enzyme stereospecificities has been applied to the asymmetric synthesis of optically active substance. In this review the recent works on the practical production of C_3- and G_4-synthetic units with microbial enzymes are described.
