含席夫碱和酰胺单元的新型双杯[4]芳烃的合成

Synthesis of Novel Biscalix[4]arene Containing Schiff Base andAmide Units

对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃-1,3-二醛基衍生物2与对叔丁基杯[4]-1,3-二酰肼衍生物4在稀释条件下进行“1+1”分子间缩合反应, 高产率地合成了含席夫碱和酰胺单元的新型双杯[4]芳烃衍生物5. 所有新化合物的结构经元素分析、质谱、核磁共振谱等表征证实, 杯[4]芳烃单元均为1,3-桥联且采取锥式构象.

Reacting 1,3-bis[2-(p-formylphenoxy)ethyloxy]-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene 2 with 1,3-di(hydra- zinocarbonylmethoxy)-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene 4 by 1+1 intermolecular condensation under diluted condition, a novel biscalix[4]arene derivative 5 containing Schiff base and amide units was prepared in high yield. The structures of all new compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, 1H NMR and ESI-MS spectra, which indicated that calix[4]arene units adopt 1,3-disubstituted pattern and cone conformation.
