双(4-吡咯基-1'-苯基)甲烷(醚、砜)的合成及表征

ω-溴代对氯苯乙酮、ω-溴代对溴苯乙酮和乙酰丙酮为原料, 分别合成了二种3-对卤代苯甲酰甲基-2,4-戊二酮(1a1b), 进而与芳香二胺2a2c通过Paal-Knorr反应合成了多取代对称双吡咯3a3c, 4a4c, 并通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱及元素分析对化合物进行了表征.

3-Aroylmethyl-2,4-pentandiones (1a and 1b) were synthesized by the reacting acetylacetone with substituted ω-bromoacetophenone. Subsequently, 1a or 1b reacted with aromatic diamines 2a2c to give bis(4-pyrrol-1'-ylphenyl)Y (Y=methane, ether or sulfone). The structures of products were characterized by UV, IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
