微波辐射下以取代苯胺1, 2-溴芳基乙酮2为原料, 在无催化剂条件下一步合成了一系列2-取代吲哚3. 该方法具操作简单、反应时间短、产率高等特点.

A series of 2-substituted indoles 3 were synthesized using substituted aniline 1 and 2-bromoace- tophenone 2 as starting materials under microwave irradiation conditions without any catalysts. The reactions were easily worked up with short time and high yields
