Microwave Irradiation Induced Synthesis of 2-Amino-4,6-diarylpyridines

氯化N-氰甲基吡啶在微波辐射下于醋酸铵/醋酸体系中和4种查尔酮反应, 或直接与芳香醛和取代苯乙酮一锅煮反应, 高产率地生成了2-氨基-4,6-二芳基吡啶衍生物. 化合物的结构经过IR, 1H NMR和HPLC-MS的表征.

Under microwave irradiation, N-cyanomethylpyridinium chloride (1) reacted with chalcone (2) in the presence of ammonium acetate and acetic acid to give 2-amino-4,6-diarylpyridines (5a5c) in high yields. Compounds 5a5i can also be prepared from one-pot reactions of 1 with aromatic aldehydes (3) and substituted acetophenones (4). The structures of the products were characterized with 1H NMR, IR and HPLC-MS spectra.
