吡唑肼作为合成含氮杂环的中间体为人们广泛关注, 为了寻找可能具有生物活性的杂环化合物, 设计并合成了两类新型含有吡唑基的腙类化合物, 其结构经1H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析确证. 初步的除草与杀菌活性测定表明它们具有一定的活性.

In order to synthesize the intermediate of some heterocyclic compounds and search new bioactive substance, two kinds of hydrazone compounds containing pyrazolyl ring were synthesized. All of above compounds have been confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis, and the bioassay result indicated that some of the title compounds have relatively low herbicidal and fungicidal activities.
