Baylis-Hillman反应是一个为数不多的形成碳—碳键的原子经济反应, 因其产物富含官能团而成为非常有潜力的合成有机多功能分子的有力工具. 然而, 反应速度慢、反应产率低是该反应常遇到的问题. 为了克服这些缺点, 近年来, 许多新颖的溶剂被用于这个反应. 本文综述了这些方面的最新研究进展和发展趋势.

The Baylis-Hillman reaction, a carbon-carbon bond forming reaction, is one of the very few reactions wherein atom economy is perfectly preserved. The Baylis-Hillman adducts have versatile functionality thus making this reaction as an efficient synthetic method for the construction of multifunctional molecules. However, the B-H reaction often suffers from being inconveniently slow and low yields. To overcome these problems, several novel solvent media have been attempted. This paper reviews the recent advances and the developing trend in these fields.
