综述了2-脱氧-L-核糖的合成方法概况: (1)五碳糖的还原脱氧; (2)六碳糖的降解脱氧; (3) α,β-不饱和内酯的非对映选择性加成; (4)高立体选择性的小分子间缩合; (5)不对称环氧化. 并重点讨论了五碳糖还原脱氧合成法的机理和改进的方法.

The synthetic methods of 2-deoxy-L-ribose were reviewed as follows: (1) reductive deoxygenation of pentose, (2) degradative deoxygenation of hexose, (3) diastereoselective addition of α,β-unsaturated lactone, (4) stereoselective condensation of small molecules, and (5) asymmetric epoxidation. The mechanism of reductive deoxygenation of pentose and the modified procedure were discussed in detail.
