系列β-榄香烯糖苷衍生物的合成

Synthesis of β-Elemene Glycoside Derivatives

以β-榄香烯为先导化合物, 经其13-位氯代物2合成乙酸酯3, 随后水解得β-榄香烯-13-醇(4), 进而通过两种糖苷化方法与系列代表性单糖及双糖对接, 得到相应的β-榄香烯糖苷衍生物9a~9e. 所有糖苷化反应均立体选择性地生成β-构型糖苷. 目标产物的结构经IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS等光谱确证.

Structural modification of β-elemene was reported. Treatment of its 13-chloride 2 with anhydrous sodium acetate gave ester 3, which was converted into β-elemene-13-ol (4) by hydrolization. Whereafter, 4 was conjugated with a series of representative monosaccharides or disaccharides and corresponding β-glycosides 9a~9e were selectively synthesized following two approaches in satisfactory yields. The structures of products were confirmed on the basis of IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS data.
