A Simple and Efficient Synthesis of 2,3-Diarylquinoxaline in Acetic Acid

1,2-二芳基乙二酮与1,2-苯二胺在室温醋酸溶液中反应数分钟, 生成2,3-二芳基-喹喔啉. 反应时间短(1~10 min), 产率高(90%~97%), 反应条件温和, 操作简便.

Synthesis of 2,3-diarylquinoxaline via the condensation of 1,2-diarylethanedione and 1,2-phenylenediamine was carried out in excellent yields (90%~97%) in acetic acid at room temperature within 1~10 min. This method provides several advantages such as short reaction time, high yields, simple operation and mild conditions.
