氟化银促进烯炔分子内串联反应研究

Silver Fluoride-Promoted Intramolecular Cascade Reactions of Enynes

以烯炔为反应原料, 在碱性条件下, 顺利地发生分子内串联反应合成了芳基萘类木脂素. 研究发现, 加入氟化银可以高效地促进反应进行. 实验结果表明, 以CH2ClCH2Cl作溶剂, 在AgF和K2CO3存在下, 烯炔可以顺利发生分子内串联反应, 高产率得到芳基萘类木脂素.

Base-mediated intramolecular cascade reactions of enynes were carried out smoothly leading to arylnaphthalene lignan lactones. The results demonstrated that aryl-substituted enynes successfully underwent the intramolecular cascade reaction to afford the corresponding arylnaphthalene lignan lactones in moderate to excellent yields using AgF/K2CO3 mixture as the bases in CH2ClCH2Cl. It is noteworthy that silver fluoride can promote the intramolecular cascade reaction.
